IMPROVEMENTS of Subio Platform v1.19.4929
- You can move or copy a Region List or Genome data to other Organisms.
- You can bulk-export BED files from a folder of Region Lists.
- "Save a Measurement List" button is available in Datasheet or Annotations tabs.
- "Save a Region List" button is available in Annotations tab.
CHANGES in Subio Platform v1.19.4929
- You can access to Analysis Guide on our web site from Help menu.
- Subio Platform explicitly does not accept ZIP, GZ or TAR files in Import Samples Wizard, except soft.gz files.
- Scatter Plot (Measurements) View displays "NA" as correlation coefficient when it is not calculable due to data lacks.
FIXED PROBLEMS in Subio Platform v1.19.4929
- Splitting values into columns cancels sort condition in Edit Parameters panel.
- Subio Platform shuts down by deleting a column as sorting by the right end column in Edit Parameters panel.
- Subio Platform shuts down when it reads a FASTA file in odd format.
- Subio Platform shuts down after editing the current genome to reduce the number of chromosomes.
- Subio Platform shuts down by dragging on Line Graph View without loading a series.
- Subio Platform may not display "Select Chroms" drawing tab in Genome tab.
FIXED PROBLEMS in Advanced Plug-in v1.19.4929
- Subio Platform shuts down by operating "Find miRNA Targets" or "Find Correlated Regions" tools.
