We found that somebody illegally used our mail sending server to send enormous numbers of emails on 22nd and 29th May. And some spam mail detection system regards messages sent from our mail server as spam mails. Consequently, some customers did not receive messages from us.
Potentially undelivered messages are;
(1) normal messages of technical support.
(2) trial license serial numbers.
Even if they were delivered to your mailbox, they might be distinguished as spam mails. Please check in the spam folder, and if you think you did not received messages from us, please contact us.
We have fix the problem, and it blocks sending illegal messages now. There is no trace of having leaked our customer information nor sent spam mails to our customers.
We apologize about causing such a problem, and will keep higher security.
