- Plug-ins (annual license)
- Plug-in sets (2-, 3-, or 4-type combinations of different plug-ins)
Definition of First-Time Customers
“First-time customers” are defined as individuals who have never previously purchased or received (including free provision) any Subio products or services.
In addition, individuals affiliated with a laboratory that has previously purchased or received Subio products or services are not eligible for this discount.
Conditions
This discount applies only once, at the time of the first order
It does not apply to any subsequent purchases by the same customer (individual or affiliated laboratory)
Any additional purchases made after the initial order are also not eligible for this discount

Requests made after the order has been placed cannot be accepted.
Discount Eligibility Confirmation
After receiving your inquiry, we will review your eligibility.
If you meet the conditions,
a quotation with the discount applied will be sent to you by email.
If you do not meet the conditions,
a quotation without the discount will be provided.
Combining with Other Discounts
This discount can be combined with other discounts or promotional pricing.
However, even when multiple discounts are applied,
the maximum total discount is capped at 50%.

If you are considering multiple plug-ins,
we recommend choosing a Plug-in set.
By purchasing a Plug-in set, you can access
the Data Analysis Service and Online Training at
40% off, as many times as needed, for one year.
This discount is also applicable when these services or training are
used at the time of Plug-in set purchase.
If you plan to perform ongoing analysis or develop your skills,
a Plug-in set offers better cost efficiency than purchasing individual plug-ins.
