  • have run analysis scripts and obtained results, but are not confident in how to interpret them
  • want a second perspective on results obtained through outsourced analysis
  • want to use public datasets such as GEO in your research

How We Analyze Your Data

We first review the data you provide and your research objectives, and then determine an appropriate analysis strategy. Depending on the dataset and research question, we perform a range of analyses. See the Data Analysis Service page for details about the analyses we offer.

Rather than mechanically applying a fixed workflow, we consider what needs to be examined based on your data and research objectives.

You Can Also Use the Service for Data You Have Already Analyzed

The service is not limited to data that have not yet been analyzed. You can also use it to review or extend an analysis that is already in progress.

For example:

  • you have already run edgeR or DESeq2 yourself
  • you received a DEG list from a collaborator
  • you received analysis results from an external service provider
  • you want to review your analysis strategy before submitting a manuscript

We can review your current results and, when appropriate, reanalyze the data using a different approach.

Review the Results Yourself in Subio Platform

When appropriate, we provide the analysis results in a format that allows you to review them yourself in Subio Platform.

Rather than simply receiving the final results, you can examine:

  • why particular genes were selected as candidates
  • how samples are distributed in PCA
  • how gene expression actually changes across samples or groups
  • how filtering or normalization affects the results

We place importance on keeping the analysis process transparent rather than treating it as a black box.
