Subio Platform is a free omics data browser, and you can add analysis tools by activating plug-ins. If you can use R and Bioconductor, you can use Subio Platform with such external tools, too. Even if you can't write code by yourself, maybe you can copy&paste to do it. Although this demo is in Japanese, you can get to know how to do it.
