Working with R (Bioconductor)
Subio Platform is a free omics data browser, and you can add analysis tools by activating plug-ins. If you can use R and Bioconductor, you can use the Subio Platform with such external tools, too. Even if you can't write code by yourself, maybe you can use sample code on the web.
