Genome data is essential for visualization in Genome View or Chromosome tab. Also it's required for many analytical functions related genomic locations. Please watch the movie to learn how to create a genome data using the UCSC's genome browser data.
Create A Genome
Subio Platform has a feature of displaying virtual chromosomes, and indicating locations of selected measurements on the chromosomes. Genome data is essential for these functionalities.
