Subio Platform v1.20.5009 or later versions include the platform for GDC (TCGA and TARGET projects) mRNA-Seq data sets. If you use older versions, please download a text file to create it. It is easy to import from "New Platform" wizard.
And Subio Platform v1.20.5031 or later include the platforms for GDC methylation data. There are two types of methylation arrays. Please download a text file for Illumina 450k or Illumina 27k platforms.
For GDC miRNA-seq data, we do not provide such files because the set of miRNAs are different from data to data. Please select "Create New Platform" option in the second page of the sample import wizard.
