Data can be broken anytime, so we recommend you backup your data regularly. Please learn how to backup data.
You can easily recover a series only if you make the SSA file. But if you don't have it, there are 2 options.
1. Discard the series and re-create the entire series.
2. Let us try fixing the data. Please admit that what we can do is limited and maybe the data will not be restored completely. We charge 100 USD or 100 EUR for the task. If you would like to order fixing, please send the entire Subio Platform directory to us.
