FASTQファイルから遺伝子ごとの発現量を計算する過程でバグが見つかりました。大変恐れ入りますが、古いバージョンで計算されたものは再計算していただくようお願いいたします。

The algorithm for calculating expression levels per gene from the StringTie output gtf files in the RNA-Seq FASTQ file processing pipeline was wrong.
