Finding pairs of miRNA and target genes showing anti-correlation.
Find miRNA Targets tool is useful if you have a pair of data sets of gene expression and miRNA expression. It calculates correlation coefficients of all pairs miRNA and target gene, which are experimentally validated or computationally predicted. You can see the distribution of the correlation coefficient and extract genes or miRNAs showing anti-correlation.
You can download the SSA files of the gene expression data set (GSE34679) and miRNA expression data set (GSE34680) to see on your computer.
