To integrate multi-omics datasets, this tool finds common samples in different platforms and mark them. This is a utility tool for easing the preparation, and the analysis is done with "Find miRNA Targets" or "Find Correlated Regions" tool.
This tutorial movie was made using RNA-Seq, miRNA-Seq and DNA methylation datasets of TCGA-LAML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) project. You can download the SOA file, which you can import into Subio Platform on your computer and examine by yourself.
