Can you do pathway analysis? Network analysis? GO analysis?

About GO analysis

In RNA-Seq data analysis, after identifying differentially expressed genes (DEGs), Gene Ontology (GO) analysis is often used to examine what biological functions the gene list is associated with. GO analysis is one type of enrichment analysis.

If you are using Subio Platform, you can first identify DEGs and then perform GO analysis using free web tools such as DAVID Functional Annotation. You can also perform enrichment analysis directly in Subio Platform using the Enrichment Analysis tool included in the Advanced Plug-in.

For detailed explanations and step-by-step instructions, please see Section 7, “Gene Annotation and Enrichment Analysis ,” in the RNA-Seq Data Analysis Tutorial.

About Pathway or Network Analysis

If you mean searching for pathways that are associated with, or enriched in, a set of genes after DEG extraction, this is part of enrichment analysis. Please see Section 7, “Gene Annotation and Enrichment Analysis ,” in the RNA-Seq Data Analysis Tutorial.

On the other hand, if you mean inferring and constructing gene regulatory relationships or interaction networks from omics data, this is outside the scope of Subio Platform. In that case, please use software specifically designed for network inference or network analysis.
