You may be have a table of logarithmic values, which can be log-transformed signal and log-ratio. It often happens when you import RMA or some pre-normalized data of Affymetrix, which are usually in log 2.
In such cases, please apply "Take as Log Scale" normalize block. With this block, Subio Platform recognize the data as logarithmic. And then you can add "Making Ratio" blocks, if needed.
Lastly, please don't forget setting scales of axes as "Linear", not "Log."
