Subio Platform v1.24.5805 を、新しいプラグイン Variation Plug-in と共にリリースしました。これで、RNA-SeqのFASTQからSNPやindelなどの変異の解析ができるようになります。また、RNA-Seq FASTQ ファイル処理を見直し、より洗練されたものになっています。WindowsやMacのコンピューターをお使いのウェットの研究者にとって、RNA-Seq データ解析のための広範なソリューションパッケージを提供できるようになりました。
NEW FEATUREs of Variation Plug-in
- FASTQ to VCF (RNA-Seq) ツール: GATK4を使って、RNA-Seq のFASTQ ファイルから SNP や indel を検出します。
- Annotate VCF ツール: SnpEff を使って、検出された変異に、予測される影響などのアノテーションを付けます。
- Aggregate Variants ツール: 変異をケースとコントロール群でそれぞれ集計し、フィルターをかけられます。
- Aggregate Variants per Gene ツール: 遺伝子単位で変異を集計します。フィルターをかけられます。
- Aggreagte Variants per Exon ツール: 抽出した遺伝子について、エクソンごとに変異の要約をします。
- Filter by Exon ツール: 特定のエクソン上の変異を抽出します。
IMPROVEMENTs of Subio Platform
- We revised the Menu items for better user experience. Now there is File menu for import and export.
- The RNA-Seq FASTQ file processing runs more stably. And now you can choose count or TPM for Ch1RawSignal.
- We revised the normalization scenario. Now you can easily select a suitable one for RNA-Seq count and TPM/FPKM/RPKM respectively.
- You can directly import VCF files as Region Lists as adding a prefix "chr" to the chromosome name.
CHANGEs of Subio Platform
- There is a link of Help in each plug-in tool panel. We replaced ? icon with the link "How to use."
And a number of bugs were fixed.
