Extracting statistically differentially expressed genes b/w 2 groups.
"Compare to Control" and "Compare 2 Groups" tool are the most frequently used in Basic Plug-in. They extract differentially expressing genes by fold change or statistical test on a volcano plot. You can select one-sample t-test, Student's t-test, Welch's t-test or Mann-Whitney u-test. And you can filter by p-values or BH FDR correct q-values.
