There is not clear методички, where simple actions were consistently explained for novices-biologists,bioprogrammers in Russian language or English.

I understand your frustration. But we conclude it's not useful, or even harmful, to provide a guide from the beginning to the end. Of course, it's possible literally though. Many users think they can do it just by following the guide. This is why we provide online training for free of charge. We tell you how to visualize data to make a series of decisions on YOUR data, not on demo data for general purpose.

I feel it very user-friendly NGS- data analysis platform. I have worked on Subio Platform for a Chip-Seq Illumina data analysis. I got very good results for peak analysis from Subio.

I couldn't find any disadvantages so far.

It is easy to share the date using SSA forms. The basic platform is free. Viewpoints of biological researchers are taken into consideration in the software design.

None as long as compared to other solutions.  It is disappointing that we can't change the computer during the licensed period. The process to importing Affymetrix 3' IVT microarray data into Subio Platform was difficult and redundant.

We notice that inconvenience about that you cannot change machine during the licensed period. We definitely consider improving the licensing system in the future. About the issue of Affy, we currently don't have plan to do it, because Subio Platform is independent platform, and technologies like microarrays or sequencers are continuously changing. We don't stick to any particular technologies. We provide analysis service, if you like. We convert CEL files for one ticket and up.
