Inflexible settings of layout of Charts.

Basically, I did the normalization of my data in Subio Platform and now I'm analyzing everything in the platform. I'm using some Free Web Tools (DAVID web site, Gene Ontology Consortium, KEGG website...) as a complement of the results that I have been getting from the platform. I could not have my microarray analysis done, without this platform.Another advantage is the subio youtube channel and all that we may get from there! When I was searching a tool to do the analysis of my microarray, I didn't see nothing like that!

The only point that I may say now (but I have yet 3 weeks to use the platform) is related with the pathway analysis. I have to add one by one to the platform (and I had almost 30 to add) but if I use the DAVID web site I may almost immediately see the pathways that are altered and where. However, this website is also referred on the videos present in the subio youtube channel so... it is possible to do in both ways!

Subio Platforms is only one data analysis software that I can use somehow.

poor pathway analysis, because we can use only the KEGG pathway.

Pathway View is designed to flexibly support a variety of formats of pathway data. KEGG Pathway Converter is only an example. You can manually import any pathway images, but it takes time. We can help that tasks for a fee. Please contact us if you want a utility tool to help importing pathways other than KEGG.

Our products are designed especially for wet biologists. Please ask for a help whenever you need.

No need for difficult installations. A lot of training video in the Web.

I think it lacks off-line help (all positions in "Help" menu redirect you to the Web). And it's not convenient if PC doesn't have connection to the Internet at the moment.

Thank you for your input. Please download manuals on your computer. And we put "download" link to all movies so that you can download them when you get connected. Please feel free to request online training and support. We believe taking an online-training first, and then learning from those materials by yourself will improve your learning curve.

Maybe creating new platforms is not very easy for beginners.

This subio software platform is very easy to handle, even you include several hundred patients. The response is extremely fast compare with other similar softwares. Also there are very few expanded commands you need to fill out before you reach the results, all together it is nice tool working with this program allowing easy entrance gaining bioinformatic data.

As soon you work with other data than the soft GSE files it can be triggy to bring orden in the worksheet, however as soon you have get the correcting information from Akio Tanabe, the problems are solved.

Slow when handling large data sets

We appreciate your input, and we actually implemented something to make your work with less stress. And we recently try running Subio Platform on M.2 SSD and it works. Getting a new computer can be the most effective solution.
