The operation of importing data is somewhat complicated. It's not easy to follow tutorial movies. PDF documents and example data sets would be very helpful for beginners so that they can import and making PCA or clustering. I appreciate this way rather than online support.

I understand your points. But how can you make decisions on each steps, like which normalize blocks and options should be applied, how to determine the cutoffs? I used made pretty detailed manuals for GeneSpring users with such instructions with example data sets. And it led users just follow the instruction without thinking. They just adopted every step without considering. Of course it didn't work for their own data sets. It was only an examples, but users take it as a guideline. It DOES NOT work. To analyze omics data is intrinsically difficult. I recommend you to try our data processing service, if you are not sure about the operations and you don't like to get online support. It won't be expensive and must save your time.
